OptimizeRx Corporation (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed date and time deadline of 5:30 p.m. (EDT), August 14, 2024, without unreasonable effort or expense, as a result of the Company not providing its financial printer with sufficient time required to prepare the XBRL for the filing of the Form 10-Q. The Company has submitted its Form 10-Q to its financial printer for preparing the XBRL and is awaiting filing.

 

The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q prior to the end of the fifth calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
